Liadain
Liadain is Celtic for “grey lady” and that she is. Her baby fleece was mostly white and she has darkened with age. Her dam, Teagan, had a dense fine fleece with nice lock structure, and few to no medullated fibers.
Liadain’s sire is Lucio. Lucio was the Grand Champion Colored Buck at the 2019 Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. He also went on to get Reserve Grand Champion Angora Fleece at the Northwest Fiber Fusion.
Liadain looks to have the best of both parents and I am excited to see her develop.
